IMS offers a tool that lets you unlock your UPMC E-Sign-On (ESO) account. To unlock an ESO account:

1. Type your ESO ID in the UPMC E-Sign-On Account field. (Your ESO ID is the ID you supply when logging into MyHub.)
2. Use the drop-down menus to select your Date of Birth.
3. Select an Authorization Method. This will be either a Challenge/Response question or a personal ID number, depending on how your IMS preferences are set.
4. Click the Choose Auth. method button.
5. Depending on the selection you made for step 3, you will have to supply either a personal ID number, or a response to your challenge question.
6. Click Authenticate.
7. You will see a message notifying you that a request to unlock your UPMC E-Sign-On account was submitted.
